Messi’s conract on the verge of being completed

According to SPORT, Messi’s contract renewal negotiations are taking a new fast paced path. Messi has a sharp intention to remain in the club, and the team is making sure to provide him with a very decent contract to assure he is getting what he deserves.

Messi is quite satisfied with his current position and his father and manager shares a very symbiotic relationship with the team.

Josep Maria Bartomeu has been paving the way with the contract renewal. Negotiations are said to have began in January and although Messi has kept a distance, he knows firsthand the proceedings.

The deal is set to a finish line by the end of the season or even before, according to the results of the ream.

club’s spokes man Josep Vives issued a statement: “It’s a negotiation that the president is taking care of personally, with discretion and optimism.”
