
Barcelona’s Rafinha is reportedly on Juventus’ summer wishlist as The Old Lady scour Europe for a midfield reinforcement.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport and the Corriere dello Sport, the Bianconeri are already planning on incorporating some new names into the squad for next campaign, with Barcelona’s Rafinha amongst them.
The Old Lady will feature in the Champions League final against Real Madrid on June 3, but that hasn’t stopped the Italian outfit from beginning their search for new faces.
Reports are growing that Juventus are prepared to pay €25m for Barcelona midfielder Rafinha, who wants more playing time, the same amount Bayern Munich paid for his brother.
Sami Khedira is injury-prone and Claudio Marchisio also recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
The 24-year-old is currently out for the rest of the season due to a meniscus injury. He came up through the Blaugrana academy, but has struggled for space this season, still contributing seven goals and five assists in 28 competitive games.
Juventus knocked Barcelona out of the Champions League quarter-finals, 3-0 on aggregate.
