During the attack on Brussia Dortmund team bus that issued last week, Barcelona’s former team player Marc Bartra was among those injured and Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquests decided to check upon their former mate.
Suffering a wrist injury, he had to undergo a surgery following the three explosions the team targeting the team on their way to the last quarter of the Champion’s League. He typified the attack as longest 15 minutes in his life.
Bartra had also some glass wrack removed from his wrist, because of the broken bus window. They were set to play against Monaco but the match was pushed a day, and still Monaco managed to win by a 3-2 result.
Through his Instagram platform, Jordi shared a photo of his former mate with a caption: “a joy to see you and to share laughs together, my friend.”
Although Bartra team lost in favor of Monaco, they managed to win over Eintracht Frankfurt 3-1 on Saturday, this culminated in a magical moment when Bartra’s mates paid tribute to him by holding up his playing shirt and intoned his name in front of the crowds.
Jordi and his mate Busquets are facing a very critical week, as they are set to face Real Madrid in Classico, and which Luis Enrique hopes would triumph Barcelona and overcome the 3-0 loss to Juve.
