
The Appeal Committe rejects FC Barcelona’s appeal and uphold the three- match ban.
With the dismissing by the Spanich football federation, the Club will appeal the decision to the Court of Arbitration Sport (CAS) ahead of Sunday’s Clasico.
The Brazilian forward picked up a red card in Barcelona’s 2-0 defeat to Malaga. He got his first yellow card for timewasting as he laced his boots near where an opponent was attempting a free kick, he got his second for a foul later on, in addiyion to an autoatic one-match suspension for the red card.

Neymar served the first game of his suspension when Barcelona defeated Real Sociedad last week, if the suspension stands, he will be eligible to play again when Barcelona face Espagnol on April 29.
